Venator Events are an Events Agency based in London in the UK, we have a combined experience of over 50 years working in the events sector, we have successfully planned and operated many differing types of conferences and exhibitions in the UK and across the globe. Our dedicated team uses its expertise, creativity and meticulous planning to ensure every detail is perfect, on time and to the highest standard as our clients expect.

Our senior management team have vast experience in handling many types of events, from conferences and exhibitions to gala dinners and team building events and more. Over the years they have built up a proven structure and process driven methodology that covers every detail in planning a successful event. No event is too big or too small for us at Venator Events we thrive on new challenges and we are always here to help our clients achieve their vision, whilst leveraging our precision and expertise.

Venator Events can offer a full event management and support service, from inception through to the main event. Also, due to the nature of how Venator Events operate, we are able to offer bespoke services for clients with different requirements as well, from simply supplying extra staff to help you with your event, or VIP days for the partners of management and senior officials attending events. We at Venator Events are always happy to create a bespoke offering that suits our clients’ requirements.

As well as the UK our management team have many years’ experience working in overseas locations, including the USA, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa and more. Due to this we have a lot of experience and understanding in successfully dealing with different cultures, processes and management styles in other countries. This ensures your overseas events go to plan and are successful.
